linked to the SIDE Site. You should contact such third parties directly to

SIDE expressly reserves in its sole discretion, and at

What Information
Do We Collect?
The SIDE site will not obtain such information about
you unless you choose to submit it to us. For example, by emailing us your
comments or suggestions, that identifies your email address.
We have taken reasonable steps to ensure the integrity
and confidentiality of personally identifiable information that you may
provide. You should understand, however, that electronic transmissions via the
Internet are not 100% secure from interception and so we cannot guarantee the
security or confidentiality of such transmissions.
The SIDE web server collects and saves the default
information customarily logged by world wide web server software. Our logs
contain the following information for each request: date and time, originating
IP address and domain name (the unique address assigned to your internet
service provider's computer that connects to the Internet), object requested,
and completion status of the request. We use these logs to help improve our
service by evaluating the "traffic" to our site in terms of number of
unique visitors, level of demand, most popular page requests, and types of
errors.
These logs may be kept for an indefinite amount of
time, used at any time and in any way necessary to prevent security breaches
and to ensure the integrity of the data on our servers.
Except for authorized law enforcement investigations or other facially valid legal processes, we will not share any information we receive with any outside parties.
What Do We Use
This Information For?
Primarily, we use your information to provide you with the services available to you. We use your IP Address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer SIDE’s Site. Your IP Address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information, some of which we aggregate and then share with our strategic alliance partners. We also use your IP address to keep track of the information you have seen on our Sites. We use your name, e-mail address and mailing address to assist us in communicating with you if you ask us to do so. We use information on your resume to assist you with job placement.
When the use of the SIDE Site involves the transmission of confidential information about you or SIDE, we use commercially reasonable and available security software to establish a secure connection between your personal computer and our server. This allows the transmission of encrypted information from your personal computer to our server and back again, and is the industry standard for Internet platform security.
Disclaimer of

SIDE’s Site may provide you with links to other web sites. We are not responsible for those sites and cannot control the use of information that you submit once you reach those sites, nor can we control the content of what is offered on those sites or on links from those sites.
